History of Global Frontier Missions

Grant and Jennifer Haynes, the missionary couple who founded Global Frontier Missions, are stationed in the Mixteco market town of Tlaxiaco, Oaxaca in southern Mexico. They worked in Oaxaca, Mexico with Youth With a Mission for over three years and then began focusing on the Mixtec Indians who live about three hours outside of Oaxaca City. They started Global Frontier Missions five years ago to begin mobilizing, training, and multiplying laborers to work among the least reached people groups of the world.

Grant's home church is Crossroads Community Church in Denver, Colorado and Jennifer's is Salem Baptist Church in Goochland, Virginia. Their biggest supporting church is Grace Chapel Castle Rock in Colorado. The Haynes did their missionary and discipleship training with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) and Calvary Commission.

Over the past five years, Global Frontier Missions has seen hundreds of people come through its short-term missions trips, summer staff positions, and Mission Training Schools. Many have been called to long-term missions and are working in many different parts of the world. We are now planning on expanding into the 10/40 window.

We are committed to the unreached people groups of the world and will always have a focus on places where there are no Christians or no churches. Our goal is to see indigenous church planting movements started among all peoples. Pray about how you can get involved in reaching those that have never heard.
