You have almost completed the Mission Training School to receive your Bible degree and gotten some experience working in the villages of Oaxaca . Now it's time to take the next step and put those skills into practice by doing a one year apprenticeship. We want to coach and mentor you as you get more practical hands-on experience before coming on full-time staff with us. Help us reach the unreached people groups of Oaxaca by dedicating another year of your life to serving the lost in Mexico!
Whereas the Mission Training School focuses a lot on personal spiritual growth, transition to the mission field, and theory, the GFM apprenticeship is a very practical, hands-on time of ministry. We spend more time mentoring and coaching you as you begin to launch into service. This time may also include a lot of language and culture learning, but will be coupled with hands-on ministry.
We have an apprentice introduction, apprentice expectations, base policies, Spanish information, the apprenticeship covenant, and the questionnaire/application all of which can be found on the website.
