There are 20 million evangelical Christians in the United States:
Let’s send 1 out of every 1000 Christians to unreached people groups; only .1% of the Christian pop.
That leaves 999 out of every 1000 Christians to support and pray.
Total: 20,000 missionaries if 1 out of every 1000 goes
Going to 6700 unreached people groups = 3 missionaries per UPG
Let’s have the 999 people staying home give $1 every single month
Total: Each of the 20,000 missionaries has $999 each month for their support
OR:
Let’s send 1 out of every 100 to unreached people groups; only 1% of the Christian pop.
That leaves 99 out of every 100 to support and pray.
Total: 200,000 missionaries if 1 out of every 100 goes
Going to 6700 unreached people groups = 30 missionaries per UPG
Let’s have the 99 people staying home give $10 every single month
Total: Each of the 200,000 missionaries has $990 each month for their support
