Global Frontier Missions Staff Apprenticeships

Whereas the Mission Training School focuses a lot on personal spiritual growth, transition to the mission field, and theory, the GFM apprenticeship is a very practical, hands-on time of ministry. We spend more time mentoring and coaching you as you begin to launch into service.

You will be assigned a mentor/coach that will spend time discipling you in your Christian walk and helping you become a better minister. This four month process is the last step before coming a GFM full-time staff member.
