Missions
Extreme Internships:
This is a two-month internship working alongside full-time church-planting missionaries in Oaxaca, Mexico.
We spend about five days a week ministering locally or in nearby villages (discipleship,
relationship evangelism, Bible study, community development and micro enterprise, etc.). The rest of the time is spent at our missions base getting prepared for the next
outreach, going through a discipleship program, doing laundry, etc.
This a
great internship for people who want to get their feet wet in "real missions
work" and spend a good amount of time with the local people. Spanish ability
is preferred, but not required, for our Missions Extreme program.
Missions Extreme is all about relationships - relationships with the Oaxacan
people, with full-time missionaries, and with your fellow staff members. You
will grow a ton spiritually, be challenged to give up everything for Jesus,
and be used by God to touch those who have never had a chance to hear the Good
News!
